I have been making this recipe since 2006. I have made it a couple of times. The meat just falls off the bone. I serve it over rice as the sauce is very good too.
I like the sound of this! it sounds wonderful-- I was happy to read that the skin gets removed. I took it all off when I did a whole chicken earlier this year and I felt really anal doing it, but just couldn't let it stay. The idea of simmering all day in chicken fat is just too much for me...
