Been there, got several of those t-shirts. As long as you cannot say no, you will be overworked and not devoted to any one thing.
Look up the book Boundaries, by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. It is a great read and inspiring. You can do it. Learn to just say no - politely :-)
